PRIVATE CLASSES POLICY
There are no refunds for a private lesson package purchase.
We must receive 24 hours' notice to reschedule any lesson. If we do not receive a minimum of 24 hours' notice, the duration of the missed lesson will be deducted from the lesson package.

Private lessons require a minimum booking of 1 hour per session. A custom lesson schedule is decided between the teacher and student.
If students decide to change the duration of their class, they must give a 24-hour notice or the original duration of the class is deducted.

8-hour packages must be used within 3 months of the first lesson.

GROUP CLASSES POLICY
There are no refunds after the first class. However, there is a possibility to transfer group class credit towards private class at the school's discretion. Transfer from one group or level to the other is at the school's discretion.

If a student needs to temporarily opt-out of the program for emergency reasons, school credit can be obtained at the school's discretion. Refunds are not provided. No refund in case of absence.
